I am a philanthropy strategist, frontline fundraiser, and movement-aligned advisor who has spent my career organizing people and resources to advance justice, dignity, and community power.

I developed my fundraising and organizing chops early—raising funds, building coalitions, and leading justice-focused student organizing long before it became my job. That early grounding taught me how to move fluidly between community spaces and institutional stakeholders, translating values into action and mobilizing people (and their money) around shared goals. It continues to shape how I show up in this work.

My approach was further sharpened through early fundraising training at the School of Unity and Liberation, where I helped bridge the gap between organizing and fundraising to support strong, values-driven social movements. Over the course of my career, I have raised more than $30 million for causes spanning civil rights, economic justice, housing stability, community ownership, and grassroots power-building, working alongside organizations, coalitions, and philanthropic institutions committed to equity and systems change.

I was born in New Orleans and am the proud daughter of Colombian immigrants. From my family, I learned the value of excellence, showing up for others, and using humor and joy as forms of resistance, especially in the face of systems not designed for our communities. Those lessons inform my belief that philanthropy must be accountable to the people most impacted.

Today, I partner with mission-driven organizations and values-aligned donors to design integrated, cross-functional strategies across fundraising, programs, communications, and leadership. I bring donors into community spaces and community into donor conversations, working closely with both of these and community stakeholders to ensure the strategy translates into action.

Equity is my north star. I specialize in fundraising that starts with community and strategies that move money where it matters. I show up as a steady guide and trusted advisor, helping leaders mobilize resources with clarity, integrity, and courage.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me baking focaccia, lifting heavy, picking up a ton of books at my local library, or making the people around me laugh.
